How does the browser DPI detector identify TSPU 16–64 KB packet freezing? ▼
The scanner first sends a fast HEAD probe to major cloud providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Fastly, OVH) and then transmits a 64 KB high-entropy POST payload. If the HEAD handshake succeeds but the 64 KB transfer hangs until timeout, it indicates active TSPU / DPI packet freezing.
What is the difference between ISP/TSPU blocking and AI service geo-blocking? ▼
ISP/TSPU blocking drops or throttles connections inside your carrier network (e.g., YouTube, Discord, Rutracker). Geo-blocking happens when the connection reaches the remote server, but the platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) restricts access based on a Russian IP address.
